Ron Mundy Takes on the Role of Acting Managing Director of Behavioral Science Lab

As previously announced, Ron Mundy, Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer has assumed the role of Acting Managing Director of the Behavioral Science Lab following Christian Goy’s departure. Ron has a long and distinguished career as a research entrepreneur. In 1986 he co-founded Somerset Consulting Group, an organizational performance consultancy. Ron was responsible for its financial management and developed the first-of-their-kind computer-based data collection and analysis tools to support the venture’s services.

In 2011, Ron co-founded SentienTech with Tim Gohmann, a human resources performance improvement consultancy. Ron again developed the new qualitative and quantitative research tools required for SentienTech’s proprietary insight techniques and managed its day-to-day operations, administration, and financial planning.

In 2013 Ron co-founded the Behavioral Science Lab with Christian Goy and Tim Gohmann, becoming its first COO. In this role, Ron is responsible for its financial management, administration, and day-to-day operations, including the protection of its intellectual property, data collection, processing, and reporting functions.

Ron’s 35 years of experience have given him unique insight into the areas of enterprise management, human resource management, and organizational performance improvement. With those skills, he has co-authored several books and papers dealing with organizational culture and performance, human development, and human resource management. He has been a guest lecturer on research methodologies at the University of Texas and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Ron holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
